Part Time Event Bartender

Job Summary :

The Event Bartender should provide an excellent guest drinking experience. This will require utilizing all craft cocktail techniques to make classic and innovative drinks to standards in addition to serving wine and beer.  He / she will carry through serving all ranges of beverages available while being positively interactive and engaging with all guest’s expectations.  This a part-time position with weekend work required.  Many events continue into late hours so the candidate must be prepared to work into the evening.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare all types of beverages offered for bar
• Consistently interact and engage with customers positively, take and serve orders
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make knowledgeable recommendations applying advanced bar knowledge and techniques when mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails to all standards
• Consistently follow all quantity and quality standards
• Assist with producing and presenting bar menu along with its items
• Abide by all health compliances and regulations
• Abide by all proper age checking procedures and cutoff policies
• Consistently applies proper storage and rotating procedures
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Perform other duties as requested
