Customer Care Associate Core Functions :
Engage with customers directly in a retail or event setting to provide exceptional customer-facing support and service.
Proactively identify customer needs through attentive listening and recommend selling complementary AT&T products and services.
Handle all customer inquiries, from billing questions to service issues, with professionalism and a mindset toward building long-term loyalty and selling the AT&T value proposition.
Educate potential and existing clients on the superior features and benefits of the 5G network and compatible devices.
Maintain an expert-level understanding of current AT&T promotions, plans, and technology upgrades.
Accurately document customer feedback and service activity to improve overall service delivery.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for customers who are ready to purchase or upgrade.
Strive to achieve daily key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service-to-sales conversions.
