In this role, you will lead and support a network of experienced business coaches, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver high-impact coaching experiences to clients. You will act as the strategic and operational anchor for coach onboarding, engagement, and utilization, while serving as the primary liaison between coaches and internal teams. This position requires balancing day-to-day execution with continuous program improvements, data analysis, and feedback loops. You will play a critical role in strengthening the link between coach excellence and client outcomes, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Success in this role directly impacts the growth, satisfaction, and effectiveness of both the coach network and the clients they serve.

Accountabilities :

• Oversee operational coordination of the coach network across all coaching programs.
• Track and manage coach utilization, ensuring alignment with program capacity and enrollment goals.
• Lead recruitment of new coaches, primarily sourcing from the customer base.
• Facilitate onboarding programs that set coaches up for success and maintain accurate records of coach performance and availability.
• Drive ongoing engagement through communication, monthly masterminds, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Monitor feedback from coaches and clients to recommend program enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coaches are informed of program updates, goals, and priorities.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities to improve coach experience, training, and outcomes.
