We're a fast-moving lead generation agency with a reliable fulfillment team and a pre-built database of high-quality business leads in niche markets. We're looking for a driven Sales Rep (Contractor) who can take ownership of the entire sales process from first contact to close.

This is not a junior or salaried position. You won't just be setting appointments or passing leads. You'll own the pipeline and get paid on every account you close for the lifetime of that client. Role Overview

As a Sales Growth Specialist Representative (Independent Contractor), you will :

• Work a targeted list of qualified leads (provided)
• Perform cold outreach : calls, emails, SMS, Loom videos
• Book and run your own discovery / sales calls
• Close deals and hand off to our in-house fulfillment team
• Track opportunities and pipeline activity daily
• Follow up persistently and professionally
• Attend weekly training sessions and use our call recordings to improve
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with small business owners

This is a commission-only contractor role, but it's backed by real structure, coaching, and accountability. You'll receive full support, a repeatable sales process, and the tools you need to succeed.
