We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Inventory & Product Manager to lead our fulfillment operations and manage inventory for our growing Permanent Jewelry Training & Supply company. This person will ensure that our products are always stocked, shipments go out smoothly, and our customers receive the high-quality service they expect.

You’ll be overseeing inventory levels, coordinating restocks, improving packing / fulfillment workflows, and keeping our product operations running like a well-oiled machine.

$18-$20 per hour + overtime opportunities

Compensation : $18-$20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Manage inventory levels and reorder products to avoid stockouts or overstock
• Oversee daily fulfillment operations : picking, packing, shipping
• Implement systems to streamline inventory management and order accuracy
• Maintain clean and organized stockrooms and packing stations
• Perform routine quality control checks on outgoing orders and incoming products
• Assist with new product rollouts and SKU organization
• Use platforms like Shopify and ShipStation to manage inventory and fulfill orders
• Collaborate with suppliers and communicate with leadership about inventory needs
• Lead packing team members and train seasonal help if needed
