Mustang Cat is hiring a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative for our Lufkin, Texas, location. This position supports our growing customer base by providing expert sales and service of Caterpillar construction parts and accessories. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in an industrial parts environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do as a Counter Sales Representative :

As a Counter Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our parts operation, helping customers identify and order the right components to keep their machines running. Responsibilities include :

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing parts orders
• Assist customers with part numbers, quantities, availability, freight, and delivery timelines
• Work collaboratively across all areas of the Parts department, including the parts warehouse
