Job description

Regal Staffing Services is hiring Automation Technicians to support our customer’s manufacturing team. This role is hands-on, working directly with automated equipment, quality systems, and process improvements.

Pay & Shifts :

Pay : $20+ / hour (based on experience).
Shifts Available :

1st : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

2nd : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM

3rd : 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM

Key Responsibilities :

Design, program, and test automated machinery and processes.

Conduct quality checks, audits, and performance testing.

Support production teams with troubleshooting and training.

Integrate new equipment and improve existing systems.

Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure safe operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with PLCs, HMIs, APIs, SQL, and Agile methodology.

Familiarity with Python, SCADA, C, Java, and cloud-based systems.

Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and technical writing skills.

Knowledge of schematics, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
