You Will

• Manage the path to launch testing operations in multiple new cities within a region
• Lead the ongoing execution of validation requirements by vendors for driving operations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet critical timelines and exceed Waymo new market launch standards to achieve operational success
• Deep dive existing standards and processes to identify defects or improvement opportunities
• Structure launch milestones and dependencies, assign roles and responsibilities, and establish communication channels
• Proactively identify and reduce business‑critical risks and dependencies
• Compile, manage, and report on validation metrics for the region

The expected base salary range for this full‑time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job‑related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. $152,000—$192,000 USD

Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo’s discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
