Responsibilities :

• Develop roadmaps, user stories, and testing plans to support project objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose actionable solutions.
• Document detailed requirements and oversee product development using tools such as Samsara and DispatchTrack.
• Manage the full lifecycle of business analysis, from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive meetings and provide clear updates on project progress.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in delivery and logistics systems.
• Support agile project workflows and ensure alignment with business goals.
