Learning and Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to support training programs and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging training materials, including eLearning modules and assessments

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learner-friendly content

Develop and deliver training programs in both in-person and virtual formats

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field, or relevant work experience

1+ years of eLearning design and development experience

1+ year of experience in training, education, or corporate learning

Practical experience with LMS and modern eLearning tools

Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
