Position Summary :

MCFA is partnering with a premier real estate corporation to identify a skilled Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a new lease-up residential property in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for team development, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Strategy : Partner with property management teams to optimize maintenance operations, enhance resident satisfaction, and support revenue goals.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor on-site maintenance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Maintenance Oversight : Manage all aspects of property maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems.
• Preventive Programs : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure long-term asset performance.
• Budget Management : Assist in creating and monitoring the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Vendor Coordination : Oversee third-party vendor work, ensuring compliance with Organizational standards and local regulations.
• Safety & Compliance : Lead safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Turnover Management : Supervise apartment turnover processes and damage assessments for move-outs.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and units to maintain high standards of functionality and appearance.
