Valet Supervisor - Healthcare
Clayton Valet is looking to welcome hardworking individuals ready to utilize their leadership skills while managing their team in a medical facility.
As a supervisor, you will also be responsible for maintaining contact with our clients on site and ensuring that their needs are met.
This role requires a professional appearance and demeanor.
Some responsibilities are subject to change based on the specific needs of the
establishment.
Compensation and Benefits :
- $16 / hr starting + Tips
- Review after 60 days of employment
- Monthly Bonus Opportunities

- 401(k) with 4% Match - available after 3 months of employment

- Holiday Pay (Time and a half for select holidays)

Shifts Available : Full time
- Monday - Friday
- Morning
- Afternoon
- Off most weekends
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures put in place by the site contacts.
- Provide coaching and other disciplinary actions when necessary
- Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase
- Maintain personnel records
- Ensure that all new employees receive a training checklist and any training requested by the site
- Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques
- Ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location
- Become familiar with the employee handbook
- Become familiar with all policies and procedures at your designated establishment(s)
- Ensure compliance of the most current policies and procedures established by the client
- Consistently check-in with your Account Manager
- Effectively communicate with the leadership team
- Establish good rapport with all personnel at the assigned establishment
- Ensure employees are supported
- Provide coverage at any understaffed / unmanned locations
- Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Stand up, make eye contact, and smile while greeting employees
Job Requirements :
- Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must pass the valet safety check
- Valid driver's license
- One or more years of experience in valet
- COVID-19 vaccination or exemption (forms available upon request)
- Mandatory annual flu shots or exemption (forms available upon request)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Great interpersonal communication
