Hours : Primarily Monday through Friday with additional hours & weekends as needed

Call Schedule : Yes
Compensation : Salary up to $250k - based on your experience Additional income will be earned with the amount on call taken. Call is awareded with a productivity incentive.

Additional Info : -Inpatient only, hospital-based role FLEXIBLE PATIENT CARE MODEL : The amount of time spent with each client is dependent on the client's needs. Inpatient psychiatrists do not have any outpatient duties and can solely focus on the patient's needs at hand.They essentially manage the entire inpatient treatment team and mainly manage medications, initial evaluations, and diagnoses. They do not provide therapy as each hospital client is assigned a clinician who does individual and family therapy.Required : New graduates welcome to apply! Board certified / eligible in Child & Adolescent psychiatry Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred. Valid driver's license, SCM certification, CPR / First Aid certification required. Able and willing to travel independently 10% of the time.
