CNC Machinist Set up and operators

We’re looking for skilled professionals experienced with Toyota, Mazak, Mazatrol, Hardinge, and Fanuc-G code systems, who thrive on detail, precision, and high performance in a team-oriented environment.

Enjoy a pay range of $23–$30 / hr, full-time stability, and the ability to put your advanced capabilities to work in clean, well-equipped, and safety-driven shops.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to produce precision components holding tolerances as tight as + / - 0.001 or smaller.

Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and complex G-code or Mazatrol programs.

Perform tool changes, machine offsets, and part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Proactively troubleshoot, adjust, and optimize machine functions for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.

Collaborate with skilled coworkers and supervisors on production goals and continuous improvement.

Consistently ensure part quality and document production activity.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on CNC machining experience with proven proficiency in setup and operation.

Familiarity with Toyota, Mazak, Mazatrol, Hardinge, and Fanuc-G code machine systems.

Manual machining experience also a plus.

Ability to read technical prints and use a full range of inspection tools.

Trade, vocational, or technical school graduation a plus!

Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
