Professional At Home Jobs ( https : / / professionalathomejobs.com ) is looking for a Communications Specialist who will work full-time with our growing communications team to support clinic staff and enable smooth interactions within the professional network.
The position will entail regular weekday daytime hours, with the possibility for eventual occasional weekend hours.
We are a complete, fully automated, vendor-neutral software + expert-service solution, filtering data into clinically actionable information and providing customized alert triage, as well as automated coding and claim prep.

JOB TYPE : Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES : As an integral part of the remote monitoring community, the Communication Specialist will make, receive, and document calls to and from patients, assisting them with the use of home monitor equipment and increasing monitor compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic cardiology background.
- Flexibility. Excellent Internet and technology skills.
- Kind, friendly, personable attitude. Professional phone etiquette.
- Willingness to learn. Bilingual capability is preferred.
- Cardiology or electrophysiology experience is preferred.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Stable, reliable Internet access and computer, and
headphones (including microphone).
PAYMENT : $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
