FNBO is a nationally-owned, family-owned bank that values Integrity, Respect, and Passion. We are looking for a friendly, team-oriented Teller to provide exceptional service when processing customer transactions at branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
- Provide a friendly, positive, and courteous experience to all customers.
- Stand in front of the teller counter for long periods of time.
- Make decisions for customers, follow bank operating procedures, and uphold our operating philosophy.
- Participate in training activities and work with the team to achieve individual and team success.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Previous cash handling experience (preferred).Previous teller experience (preferred).Demonstrated customer service skills.Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).Benefits
