What You'll Do :

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the changing demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service for our customers.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy, encouragement, and streamlined service that aligns with individual and branch goals.
• Build and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage the entire loan life cycle, including collections activities, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through various technological channels like phone, email, chat, and our internal systems.

• Educate customers clearly on optional insurance products and ensure they understand their loans, terms, and available options.

Work Location : On site. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours as required, which may include Saturdays.
