Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of senior staff
Build applicant pipelines and promote the company through networking and social media
Manage candidate experience and maintain the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
Preferred college coursework up to a Bachelor's degree
Preferred industry certification(s) from recognized institutions
