About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, school-based role. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across various grade levels to support their communication and language development in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.

Qualifications :

Current Indiana Speech Language Pathology License (Required).

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
