Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, event logistics, and current culinary and entertainment trends.
- Exhibit strong passion for food, wine, and exceptional service.
- Develop, manage, and execute sales action plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, local organizations, and industry partners to enhance visibility and grow market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
- Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Analyze competition, market trends, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate the revenue potential of new and existing clients to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare, communicate, and enforce contractual agreements related to dining events, private functions, and catering services.
- Review billing and event documentation for accuracy and timeliness to support repeat business.
- Collaborate on custom menu development in partnership with culinary leadership.
- Maintain accurate records for events, changes, and special requests through updated Banquet Event Orders and internal communication systems.
- Coordinate event logistics with operations teams, including F&B, A / V, room setup, billing, décor, and other key details.
- Conduct site visits, pre-event meetings, and post-event reviews to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Consistently up-sell products and services during the planning process to maximize profitability and meet quarterly goals.
- Complete assigned projects with precision, meeting deadlines and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Requirements :
Passionate about food & beverage with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.Strong background in restaurant operations, with proven success in leadership, financial performance, and team engagement.Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.Compensation, Benefits & Perks :
