This is a HYBRID role : address for when in office is 5700 Granite Pkwy, Ste 910, Plano, TX 75024.

As our Operations Support 1, you will be responsible for providing high level office support to copying, scanning, filing, data entry, document retrieval and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Here's what you will experience working as Operations Support 1 :

• Be able to identify different types of hospital documentation including, but not limited to, UB-04's, denial / approval letters, EOB's, hospital account notes, medical records, itemized bills and hospital appeal letters.
• Perform general office duties such as typing, scanning, operating office machines, and sorting documentation.
• Ensure professional and HIPAA compliant documentation practices.
• Meet all weekly performance standards and goals set by management.
• Assist with projects as assigned.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.29 - $20.36 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
