This role combines strategic planning, laboratory build-out, and hands-on process development to enable high-quality nucleic acid production for research and therapeutic applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement laboratory workflows for DNA, RNA, and LNP-RNA production and quality assurance.
- Install and maintain critical equipment (purification systems, IVT platforms, TFF, microfluidic LNP systems).
- Develop and execute processes for DNA template generation, RNA synthesis and purification, and LNP formulation.
- Execute and analyze experiments to support continuous process improvement.
