Your pivotal role includes :

Diagnosing and mending the very heart of our mechanical and electronic systems, restoring their optimal function with your keen insights.
Harnessing deep electrical and mechanical knowledge to resolve complexities and ensure uninterrupted productivity.
Offering much-needed support to all segments within our manufacturing landscape.

Your Essential Duties :

Investigate, analyze, and repair diverse machinery components, ensuring the harmony of programmable controls to critical test equipment.

Initiate installations and system restarts / removals, strictly following corporate safety measures and MIOSHA standards.

Mentor team operators and engineers about streamlined operations and necessary safety measures.

Maintain impeccable records, reflecting performance analyses and maintenance of major, essential gear.

Partake actively in preventative measures while offering a seasoned hand in technical troubleshooting scenarios.

Set apart by your grasp of Ladder Logic and adept reading of electrical schematics.

Ensure workspace tidiness and adopt an agile mindset to navigate the fast-paced operations landscape.

About You :

You bring to the team :

A foundation in high school education / GED alongside journeyman certification in technical triumphs.

A rich tapestry of 5–10 years across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and other essential areas.

Manufacturing prowess and a knack for fostering robust communications.

Solid computer and PLC programming know-how.

Mathematical dexterity and remarkable problem-solving skills.

Optimize processes with your mastery of VFDs, PLC systems, conveyors, and servo mechanisms.
