Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, mentor, and coach software developers while fostering a high-performing culture

Oversee the Agile Scrum process and ensure smooth, quality releases

Implement processes to enhance team quality, delivery, and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

8+ years of experience in software development

At least 5+ years of experience in people management

Ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders

Flexibility to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
