Project Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project management team. This role will provide vital support in managing high-impact engineering projects by tracking deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines, and acting as the backbone of the project team. You'll be instrumental in driving project success, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams and maintaining clear communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Reporting : Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure all deliverables are on track.
• Documentation Management : Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Support to Leadership : Serve as backup to the Deputy Project Manager and PMO Manager, ensuring smooth project execution in their absence.
• Facilitation of Meetings : Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to keep teams aligned and informed.
• Risk Management & Compliance : Monitor adherence to project management standards and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Communication & Coordination : Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, fostering collaboration and transparency.
• Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and recommend process improvements.
