Job description

Job Title

The ideal candidate will have experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or IT operations, a passion for improving systems, and a relentless drive to optimize service coordination through mastery of tools like Autotask and IT Glue. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, manage shifting priorities with grace, and champion clarity, structure, and execution across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Coordination and Ticket Management
  • SOPs
  • Communicating with customers and their employees regarding the status and acknowledgement of requests, as per Customer Facing SOPs
  • Maintaining all open tickets in Autotask to meet SLA goals and other guidelines
  • Staffing and Dispatching
  • Autotask & IT Glue Administration
  • Office Management & Administrative Support
