Overview
PLEASE NOTE : This job is currently remote and that may you need to work from home, though we do have plans to open up physical offices in the future.
Responsibilities
- Supervises the Sheet Timers whose main responsibility is to time the dialogue and action from the animatic and storyboards
- Does sheet timing and lip assignment as necessary, or is one of the staffed Sheet Timers
- Maintains production schedule provided by Line Producer to ensure cost effective, timely production (if no Timing Supervisor is staffed on film)
Basic Qualifications
Ability to produce approximately 90-100ft / day (depending on complexity of film) if applicableAbility to align with style and sensibility of filmPositive attitude with the ability to be flexibleExcellent organizational, verbal, written, e-social skills and acumenSolid and consistent time-management skillsPreferred Qualifications
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in animation departments. Experience as an Animator or Director is helpful but not a requirement.Knowledge of Traditional 2D Animation principlesFluency in Photoshop or similar software is a plus!Preferred Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
