Beneficiary Content Designer

A company is looking for a Beneficiary Content Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, edit, and update written content for beneficiary communications

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear and accessible beneficiary content

Ensure compliance with SSA guidelines and Section 508 accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma / GED with 6-8 years of related experience

Experience in writing, editing, and designing content for public or customer audiences

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems

Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and experience creating accessible content

Strong organizational and time management skills
