Position Summary : The TS Coordinator will provide support to the Technical Services team by assisting in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Scope of Works (SOWs), and supporting our internal ticketing process. This role will collaborate closely with the Technical Services manager, Business Operations team, and field technicians to assist in streamlining processes and maintaining accurate documentation. This position may require occasional travel and would be ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a technical environment, and is motivated to improve team efficiency and operational standards.
