Senior Manager, Construction
The Senior Manager, Construction, is responsible for leading and managing complex construction projects for Walmart store remodels. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of these projects, including project scope, budgets, bids, negotiations, operations, compliance, and third-party contractors. Additionally, this leader will monitor project timelines, ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, and work closely with the store operations teams to minimize disruptions during the construction process. This role is field-based, supporting the Eastern Business Unit, and will require up to 75% travel. Preferred hiring locations include : New York, New Jersey, Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, and Charlotte, NC.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania US-02141 : The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00-$171,000.00
Secaucus, New Jersey US-03520 / Quincy, Massachusetts US-02341 : The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Albany, New York US-02152 / CHARLOTTE, North Carolina US-01452 / Bentonville, Arkansas US-09158 : The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 3 years' experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 5 years' experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.
