Business Process Reengineering Specialist

Job Description

Duration : 12-month contract (extension possible).

Work Arrangement : Hybrid – on-site 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Local candidates preferred (defined as within a 90 minute commute). Non-local candidates that can relocate at their own expense with no delay will be considered as well.

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineering Consultant to support an enterprise program focused on improving the performance and efficiency of grant and funding management systems. This role will work closely with leadership, field consultants, technical teams, and external partners to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and ensure alignment with evolving policy and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), combined with experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Review and document current business processes, workflows, and dependencies.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements based on best practices and policy updates.
