Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Talent Marketing to join their team. As a Senior Manager, Global Talent Marketing, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the Global Talent Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the development of innovative employer marketing programs to attract top talent.
• Assess existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities for employer branding initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive employer brand strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Define promotional activities and oversee campaign launches across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition support teams to ensure marketing efforts meet hiring needs and ramps.
