What You'll Do
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, interactive interfaces
- Build reusable UI components and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across multiple products
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility to ensure seamless experiences for all users
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services to create dynamic, data-driven user interfaces
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain high code quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions
- Stay current with modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
What We Look For
Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript) and frameworks such as React or AngularSolid understanding of responsive design principles, CSS frameworks, and modern styling approaches (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, etc.)Experience with modern build tools and development workflows (Webpack, Vite, npm / yarn, Git)Knowledge of web performance optimization techniquesUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend servicesFamiliarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in UI / UX implementation2-4 years of professional frontend development experience with a demonstrable portfolio of web applicationsNice to Have
Experience with additional frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or Next.jsKnowledge of GraphQL and modern API integration patternsKnowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG compliance)Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design-to-code workflowsUnderstanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment strategies for frontend applicationsExperience with micro-frontend architectures or component library developmentKnowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilitiesExperience with performance monitoring and analytics toolsPerks & Benefits
