Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides critical operational and administrative support to the recruiting team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process. This role serves as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other business partners, managing end-to-end coordination, communication, and compliance for recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across all communication touchpoints.
- Provide agile, multi-functional support to recruiters across business areas in a high-volume environment .
- Act as a trusted partner between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications via email, phone, and text to ensure timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate onsite, virtual, and phone interviews globally.
- Arrange candidate travel logistics, reimbursements, and relocation benefits as applicable.
- Draft and issue offer letters , ensuring compensation details and compliance with company standards.
- Initiate and track background checks and pre-hire screenings, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Launch onboarding workflows and communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth start.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and perform I- verification for home office associates.
- Partner with internal departments (HRXpress, TA Strategy, Payroll) to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate status reports and communicate updates to recruiters.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and process standards for operational excellence.
Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.– years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources .Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Nice-to-Have Experience :
Prior experience supporting recruiting in corporate or retail environments .Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or onboarding tools.Experience supporting large-scale or high-volume hiring.Required Skills :
