Home Care Provider

Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist, you'll be part of a team delivering care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary. Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or environment. Remind clients to take medications (no administration). Provide light housekeeping and laundry assistance. Offer companionship and emotional support. Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations.
