Home Health Aide (HHA) Or Personal Care Aide (PCA)

We take pride in offering compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each patient. We are currently looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team in the Western Perinton area, providing outstanding care to our clients in a flexible, supportive environment.

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) at ComForCare, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities. You will help clients with personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. This position offers a steady part-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing companionship and emotional support, ensuring a positive and comfortable environment.
• Helping clients with mobility, including transfers, walking assistance, and positioning.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as necessary.
• Providing medication reminders and ensuring clients take their prescribed medications.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Adhering to company policies and standards, including HIPAA regulations for confidentiality.
