About the Role

Join a leading construction team managing multi-million-dollar healthcare and commercial projects. Youll oversee schedules, budgets, and teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors while maintaining discretion and high professional standards.

What Youll Do

• Lead project planning, execution, and completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and cost controls
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders efficiently
• Oversee change orders, purchase orders, and RFIs
• Support business development and client engagement

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5 -10 years managing commercial or healthcare projects ($5M$40M)
• Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, and project administration
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
