Process Development Engineer - Injection Molding

Sandy, UT (20 minutes south of Salt Lake City)

We’re seeking a hands-on Process Development Engineer with injection molding expertise to join a medical device contract manufacturing team. The site focuses on precision extrusion, catheter prototyping, high-volume manufacturing, and molding for sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize molding processes from prototype to production
• Support catheter assembly projects, feasibility trials, and sub-assembly integration
• Provide DFM input on designs / drawings (~20% customer-facing)
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and operations
• Mentor production staff and drive process improvements
