Job Description
Position Summary :
Encon’s Digital Marketing Specialist works with a multifunctional team of creative, marketing, sales, customer service, and product line managers to create and drive innovative campaigns and content.
You will be a key player on our marketing team working with all aspects of the digital ecosystem - website optimization, social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content development, lead gen, nurturing and conversion optimization, and CRM management.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead campaign tracking, user-tracking, web audience development for campaign optimization and targeted marketing
- Oversee daily SEM / PPC campaigns (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc)
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital tactics such as : paid search, email marketing, and customer experience testing with CTR, CPA, ROI, conversion analysis reports.
Generate executive reports / dashboards
- Coordinate and build email marketing campaigns
- Work with product and sales team to proactively develop social media programs. Oversee content calendar, content development and posting
- Oversee creation of all collateral for digital ad campaigns and sales support materials
- Work with SEO tools to improve rankings within landscape for target keywords. Track and report SEO progress
- Drive strategic digital marketing initiatives across the enterprise
- Help develop the lead management for the CRM.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
Job Qualifications :
At least 2+ years of applicable experience. Applicable experience should include :
- Previous hands-on digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of all facets of digital marketing (e.g., ecommerce, strategic social media, SEM, SEO or B2B marketing)
- Understanding of website analytics tools(e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords etc.)
- Motivated, creative thinker and problem-solver is highly preferred
- Graphic design software knowledge is a plus
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce is a plus
