Position Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical and control systems for manufacturing projects.
• Develop and program PLC logic (Rockwell Studio5000) and HMI interfaces (FactoryTalk View) for industrial automation systems.
• Perform startup, debugging, and performance validation of control systems.
• Design and document electrical hardware drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks early, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assess project scope and requirements to support design determinations.
• Monitor installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high?quality materials.
• Troubleshoot issues with PLCs, network infrastructure, and industrial automation equipment.
• Provide controls support services for manufacturing and production line launches.
• Lead and mentor controls engineering teams on project execution and technical solutions.
