Lead the Growth of a National Senior Living Platform
Our client is expanding rapidly, transforming communities into vibrant places where residents
thrive, families feel confident, and team members are supported to succeed. We are looking for a
dynamic Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP of Ops) to take the lead on day-to-day operations
across our portfolio — driving performance, turning around underperforming assets, and guiding our
leadership team through growth and transitions.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee Daily Operations – Directly manage operations across all client's communities,
ensuring excellence in service, care, and financial performance.
Lead the Leadership Team – Provide guidance, accountability, and mentorship to regionaland corporate leaders who report directly to you.
Drive Turnaround Success – Visit communities regularly to implement strategies that deliveroccupancy growth, expense control, and NOI improvement.
Deliver on Budgets & Strategy – Ensure every asset meets or exceeds budget goals whilealigning short-term execution with the client's long-term vision.
Support Growth & Transitions – Lead the operational integration of newly acquiredcommunities and establish best practices to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of senior leadership experience in senior housing, healthcare, or hospitalityoperations.
Proven track record in turnaround management, with measurable results in occupancy, NOI,and performance improvement.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and execute on growthstrategies.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience overseeing regional or multi-site teams.Willingness to travel up to 50% to support community performance and leadershipengagement.
