Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in a Region in Florida. This influential position offers a unique chance to drive growth, forge innovative partnerships, and shape the direction of multiple centers. You will oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care.

As the RVP, you will play a key role in driving case volume growth and EBITDA, while actively recruiting top surgeons and strengthening relationships with existing physician partners. Your leadership will propel expansion efforts, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring minimal employee turnover. In this role, you'll also champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success all centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating closely with Surgery Center Administrators to ensure objectives are achieved and regularly reviewed at the board level.
• Driving Growth : Accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons' talent, optimizing partnerships with healthcare systems, and launching new service lines that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
• Leadership Development : Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for all key roles.
• Partnership Excellence : Proactively oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and focus on shared success.
• Cultural Excellence : Champion USPI's EDGE and leadership initiatives by implementing programs such as BeSafe and BeKind to foster a culture of safety, enhance patient satisfaction, and create a workplace where leadership flourishes.
