Purpose of Role
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the technology strategy and execution at Pilates School SF, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation in our software and technology infrastructure.
The CTO is responsible for overseeing technology development, UX / UI design, software quality assurance, and maintaining data infrastructure to support the organization's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technology Leadership : Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive innovation.
- Software Development Oversight : Lead the software development team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- UX / UI Design Management : Oversee the design and user experience of all digital products to ensure they meet user needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance : Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of all technology solutions.
- Data Infrastructure Management : Ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of the company's data infrastructure.

Leadership and team management.Strategic thinking and problem-solving.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.Certifications : Relevant technology certifications are a plus.Working Conditions
This role is based in San Francisco with standard working hours. Occasional travel may be required.
