High Priority & Hot Requirement – Field Service Technician.

Location : Quincy, MA area (Provide onsite IT support (2–3 days / week) across client offices in the Quincy area.)
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our client Versetal . As a key member of the IT support team, you’ll be the face of technology for clients , providing both onsite and remote support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage workstation setups , onboarding, and laptop imaging (Windows via Intune , Apple via Kandji ).
- Troubleshoot Level 1 & 2 helpdesk tickets , manage A / V rooms, Wi-Fi, printers, and phone systems .
- Deliver VIP / executive-level support with professionalism and urgency.
- Support Windows 11 upgrades and rollouts .
- Collaborate closely with the Helpdesk Manager / Lead to ensure seamless client support.
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years in IT helpdesk or similar technical support roles.Prior MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a strong plus.Proficiency in Windows & macOS , Intune , Kandji , Azure , and AWS .Knowledge of Identity Access Management ; scripting in Python or PowerShell is a plus.Experience in Life Sciences environments preferred.Excellent communication , independence , and customer-first mindset .Must be open to traveling to client sites ; role reports to Quincy Marina Bay office .Regards
