OBXtek is hiring for a highly qualified Human Resources Management Specialist at the Journeyman level of seniority to support our new U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDA&CP) and Battle Management Command, Control and Communications (BMC3) Support Services contract (Hemisphere) contract in the El Segundo, CA area.

Travel is not anticipated but would occur less than five percent of the time on an occasional and irregular basis and be limited to domestic locations only.

Responsibilities

We are seeking mid-level (or "Journeyman") Human Resource Management Specialists that must have :

• Experience performing civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations support activities
• Specific experience in the areas of :
• Civilian Human Resource Management
• Military & Civilian Manpower Management
• Information Management / Operations Support
• Specific experience performing Human Resource Management services in the Government (Military or Civil Service), Federally-Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), or profit / non-profit Government support / development contractor arenas
• Experience providing support for Executive Officer duties
