Job description
A company is looking for a Festival Coordinator, Development.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update tracking documents for Foundation and Government Giving Festival attendees' logistics
Coordinate ticketing and pass benefits for donors and support the Development team with related deadlines
Prepare Festival itineraries and conduct outreach mailings or emails as requested
Required Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in the United States
1-2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and / or arts administration
Working knowledge of databases and proficiency in Google Products
Ability to maintain confidentiality and mitigate conflict
Experience with proofreading corporate branding print and electronic signage preferred
