Partners Professional is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Senior Director Contracts and Compliance for our clients location in Sandy Springs / N. Atlanta office. This position is being offered as a direct hire and will be hybrid (2 / 3), schedule to be determined dependent on business needs. Candidates should be able to demonstrate having worked effectively and reliably remotely and be prepared to utilize personal equipment. The selected candidate will report to the VP of Client Experience. It is offered with a competitive full-time salary plus bonus along with full group insurance, 401K and profit sharing.
Job Summary :
The Senior Director of Contracts and Compliance is a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing the full life cycle of company contracts, leading compliance efforts, understanding the regulatory environment in which our clients operate, mitigating risk across departments, and ensuring financial accuracy in client engagements. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, protecting the company’s interests, embedding compliance best practices throughout the organization while supporting strategic growth initiatives such as new clients, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end contract management, including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, and renewals
- Align all contracts with organizational goals, risk standards, and legal compliance
- Maintain centralized, current documentation for all contracts, pricing changes, and client service agreements
- Oversee complex, high-value transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Act as the onboarding liaison for new auction partners to include periodic alignment with the National Auto Auction Association
Regulatory Compliance Leadership
Serve as the executive owner of various compliance frameworks to include tracking and management if all due diligence requests; develop and maintain risk management programs and manage vendor check-insLead external audit and examination readiness, including due diligence documentationChair quarterly compliance meetings and annual policy reviews; drive mitigation efforts across departmentsMaintain and regularly update compliance onboarding documents, training materials, and data protection protocolsOversee the annual company-wide security awareness training programRisk Governance
Direct and enforce the company’s risk management strategy, with attention to IT security, HR, and operational vulnerabilitiesIntegrate Business Impact Analysis into the annual budget planning cycleEnsure all internal stakeholders have centralized access to updated policies and receive regular compliance trainingOperational & Financial Oversight
Ensure timely, accurate invoicing in accordance with contractual commitmentsConduct monthly reviewsConduct monthly reviews of renewals and support fees in collaboration with IT and Business OpsManage contract performance evaluations, pricing adjustments, and revenue assurance initiativesHandle client billing inquiries, summaries, and escalationsServe as the liaison to third-party data and vehicle history providers such as AutoGrade, Carfax, AutoCheck, Black Book, Privacy4Cars and AutoIDCross-Functional Leadership & Executive Partnership
Collaborate with senior leadership across Technology, HR, Finance, and Client Success to embed compliance and contractual excellence throughout the organizationProvide regulatory and contractual counsel to the executive team regarding business initiatives and client activitiesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field10+ years of experience in contract management, legal compliance, and business operationsDemonstrated leadership in risk governance and regulatory compliance, especially in finance or regulated industriesProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and strategic initiativesExceptional negotiation, communication, and documentation skillsStrong knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity regulations, and contract lawPreferred Experience and Education
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, or legal due diligenceFamiliarity with the automotive or auto remarketing industry to include auction, auto finance, or third-party automotive data providersExperience overseeing compliance in a multi-stakeholder environment (e.g., banking, B2B tech, SaaS)Our client is one of fastest growing organizations in a unique business arena and is rapidly expanding.
