A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to enhance systems and processes that support team development.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and improve HR systems and manage core workflows including onboarding and employee data accuracy
Run end-to-end onboarding processes and track onboarding experiences across cohorts
Execute performance cycles and maintain HR documentation while administering employee benefits and compliance
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or similar roles in high-growth or remote-first companies
Experience managing core HR systems and tools
Detail-oriented project management skills focused on systems and documentation
High integrity, discretion, and empathy towards employee well-being
