About the role

You will be responsible for :

• Managing multiple builds simultaneously, ensuring completion within set budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, building strong and reliable working relationships.
• Conducting site visits, maintaining safety compliance, and documenting progress.
• Engaging with clients on a weekly or fortnightly basis, providing professional communication and customer service.

A dedicated Townhouse Supervisor position is also available, requiring prior townhouse build experience and an established trade network.

You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed, including a fully maintained late-model vehicle, phone, iPad, and access to leading in-house systems.
