This position is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI) specifically medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient's right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient's medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations. This is an intermediate level position with at least 1 year related HIM experience.

Position Highlights :

• Full-Time : Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 : 00 PM OR 8 : 00-4 : 30pm EST
• Location : This role will be performed at one location Remote | Multiple Locations
• Processing medical records along with by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical records status
• Documenting information on multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Preferred Customer Service and Data Entry and Release of Information experience

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job in CA, HI markets. The estimated salary range for this role is 24.00 - 30.00
